Located in Finisterra, San José del Cabo, Casa Sueña was designed with the goal of maximizing views of the sea and the sunset. This resulted in a space that, by always being in contact with the outdoors, immerses its inhabitants in the breathtaking landscape of Los Cabos.
The design of the house revolves around a courtyard that features a pool, jacuzzi, and social area. Each room has its own covered terrace with views of the sea and mountains, along with large windows that can be opened to allow the wind to flow through the space.

FLEXIBILITY
The house is designed to be flexible, with the capability to be divided into two completely independent areas. This way, the guest house can be rented out while the main house is occupied. This allows the client to have an additional source of income or private spaces for their guests while maintaining proximity to the main house.
MATERIALITY
The materials used in the design of the house were chosen to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Warm natural tones were selected, and covers were designed for the terraces to create a sense of connection with the surroundings. Pigmented exposed concrete was used for the floors and ceilings, and warm-colored stuccos were applied to the walls. Wood was incorporated to add a touch of warmth to the space.
